I am fortunate to have practiced yoga around the world for nearly a decade now.
The yoga journey is a continual one, but last year I found the courage to follow a lifelong dream - leave my job in London, become a Yoga Teacher, and move to a new country....
So here we are - my husband, daughter and I relocated from London to Boulder, and I now teach Yoga at my home in Downtown Boulder - see 'Classes' section below.
Yoga & Meditation have quite literally ‘allowed’ me to be more grateful, more grounded and most importantly a happier person. It might sound like a cliché, but how can I not help others discover these awesome life changing paths?
So this is what I do now. It’s a whole world of discovery - all leading to:

I teach Vinyasa Flow Yoga - a dynamic practice allowing a natural flow of movement to develop through 'moving meditation'.
I teach a flow which allows you to come away from an overactive mind, and help you establish a healthier relationship with your body, strengthening your muscles, working on postural alignment and balancing your energy so you are better able to cope with life’s stresses.
I start classes with a Dharma Talk - these bring a wonderful opportunity to practice mindfulness and meditation - even if you are completely new to it. My classes and talks will inspire your inner energy, build strength, stamina and flexibility, and challenge you to find and hold your centre. It is a wonderful feeling - trust me! The practice will likely be different for you each time, bringing up different emotions and thoughts, but either way, the practice has the ability to both ground you and lighten you depending on the demands of your life at any given time.
My style caters for those who want the benefits of a physical practice, while also creating an environment for a calmer mind with meditation and breathwork woven in. I think it’s important that after a practice such as Vinyasa Flow there is time to restore, and reconnect to your inner-self, so I build in some Yin postures and meditation at the end of classes too.
Everyone has a 'first' yoga class, and I pride myself on being able to take you on your continued journey...
